City Pulse- Pac Man and Tree Spirits

Reach's Teen Open Studio is featured in this week's City Pulse! During fall of 2015, 21 teenagers and 12 young adult volunteers/interns/staff along with guest artist Dan Nunez participating in REACH Teen Open Studio designed multiple sculptures to benefit two of the Greater Lansing Food Bank’s Garden Project’s (GP) gardens; dozens of “tree spirits” designed by teens to be attached to the tree in the center of the GP Resource Center Garden that acts as a demonstration garden for over 100 gardens in the area, in addition to a Pac Man Planter, Mrs. Pac Man rocking spool and various signage to be placed at the Riddle Elementary School Garden (benefiting 250 students). Check out the article as well as the Facebook album of progress shots and sponsor acknowledgements!13502606_10154281360298980_4966296896540545087_o
