Education Coordinator. I am a graduate of Western Michigan University with a Bachelor of Education. Previously, I was an elementary art teacher. I have lived in Lansing for over 30 years. My passion is sharing art with people of all ages and walks of life. Art is an excellent way to express yourself with your own voice. I enjoy introducing ways to accomplish this. My favorite media include wool felting and painting. When I am not making art, I enjoy the outdoors. I am fascinated by nature and animals. I have been a runner for years and run every day. I also enjoy traveling and meeting people all over the world. I love to see the way other people express themselves through their art and architecture. My favorite artists are the ones I meet, including my students.
