Join our clay studio community for adults who are interested in learning or practicing clay wheel throwing, hand-building, and glazing. Work at your own pace on projects of your choice guided by our incredible clay instructor Dana Rothe, in essential and special ceramic clay working techniques and methods. All are welcome, come as you are, no experience needed.

Class includes unlimited access to un-wedged reclaimed clay. New clay available for purchase upon request. Outside clay is not permitted. Students will be charged to fire pieces based on the weight of dried clay.

Adult Clay students receive free admission to the Friday Clay Lab--to secure a time slot for a session, check in-person with your Teaching Artist.

Course covers:

- Centering and throwing techniques

- Trimming and finishing

- Glaze application

- Surface decoration

Includes studio time, materials, and firings. All skill levels welcome.
